Why Try A Minnows Box?
We're a little biased, but we think Minnows Box makes shopping for your baby or kiddo super easy! After surveying a number of parents, two of the biggest complaints about shopping for their child were 1. lack of time to shop in store, and 2. deciphering kid's clothing fit and fabric online.
Enter Minnows Box: a way to shop from the comfort of your home, touch and feel every piece, try it on your child, and easily send back what you don't love.
The process is pretty simple: you fill out a Style Survey, pay a $30 styling fee that will be applied to your order, and wait for your box. Our stylists get to work right away putting together 3 to 5 outfits, based on your preferences. In a few days, you'll receive your box in the mail, have 4 days to touch, feel and try everything on, then decide what to keep, and what to send back. Anything you don't want goes into the included, pre-paid shipping bag and gets dropped at the post office.
Here's the fun part. If you love 5+ pieces in your box, take 10% off. Love 10+ pieces, take 15% off. Love everything and want to keep your entire box, take 20% off your entire order! Like we mentioned, your $30 styling fee gets applied to your order, but ONLY if you keep at least 2 items in your box. If you don't like anything (we need to talk!) your styling fee will be forfeited.
And now for some commonly asked questions:
Exchanges: If you love something but need to exchange a size, we're happy to do so, but that exchanged item then becomes final sale and you lose out on any discount you may have accrued.
Lost Return Bag: Did you lose your pre-paid mailing bag? No worries - contact customer service, and we'll email you a new label.
Extra Time: Was this an exceptionally busy week and you didn't have time to go through your box in 4 days? That's ok! Simply shoot us a text or email and we'll make sure we make note that your account gets a few extra days.
Gifting: Want to give the amazing gift of a Minnows Box? The easiest way to do so is to send along the Style Survey to your loved one, but let us know you want to pay. They will get the benefit of trying everything at home, and we can ensure we're delivering exactly what they want or need via their Style Survey. Then, we'll make sure it gets charged to you!
Local Delivery: We do offer local delivery and pickup of items you don't want. Just specify in the notes to your stylist, and we'll make sure we get your box to you ASAP.
