Order Processing

Orders will be processed in one to two business days. During Holidays and Sales, processing may take up to three days.



We accept payment by all major credit cards, Paypal, and Amazon Pay. Payment will be made at checkout in order to complete the transaction.



All US orders over $75 dollars will receive a free ground shipping option. This shipping options takes 3 to 5 business days. Should you want faster shipping, other paid options including UPS and USPS Priority are available at checkout. You will receive an email when your order has shipped with tracking information.



If you are unhappy with any of the products in your order, we are happy to return or exchange them within 14 days from receipt of your order. All returns must be authorized by Minnows prior to return. Please email info@shopminnows.com to receive a return authorization that must be included with your return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

All returned merchandise must be in the condition you received it, i.e. unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Refund of payment to original payment method will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. Exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible. ALL SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.



Buyer is responsible for all applicable sales taxes at time of purchase. International customers are responsible for all import taxes, duty and customs fees incurred by their order.


Discount codes must be used at the time of purchase, and may not be applied after an order is placed. Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases. All sale items are final sale with NO EXCEPTIONS.
